I am in New Orleans, LA for a few days at the American Educational Research Association (AERA) annual conference. This year, it’s in the Big Easy. Every year, this conference brings an estimated 15,000 academics together to present research findings, network, and have a good time. I will be presenting the results of my dissertation research on Monday.

I am looking forward to spending time getting to know the people here, reading good research, and talking with wonderful people.

Oh, and eating beignets.
